Bajaj Electricals (NSE:BAJAJELEC, BOM:500031) is collaborating with the TIH Foundation of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Under the pact, the parties will co-develop smart and energy-efficient lighting systems under the "Smart Streetlight Control" project.
The company's shares were up 1% in recent trade.
