陈诗婷女士已提呈辞任(i)联席公司秘书;(ii)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下公司的授权代表;及(iii)根据上市规则第19.05(2)条及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部所规定代表公司于香港接收送达法律程序文件及通知书之代表，自2025年10月14日起生效。
陈女士辞任后，方希琳女士已获委任为联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年10月14日起生效。赵永凯先生将继续担任另一名授权代表。
