Ab&B Bio-Tech (HKG:2627) applied to the CSRC for the conversion of 81.7 million unlisted shares into Hong Kong-listed shares, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The biotech firm said it is yet to complete the filing of the application and will make further announcements as and when needed.
