Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 301 million yuan in September, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 24,000 square meters, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Contracted sales and GFA for the nine months ended Sept. 30 reached roughly 3.93 billion yuan and 317,000 square meters, respectively.
