智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)午后拉升逾20%，截至发稿，涨19.52%，报7.47港元，成交额4.68亿港元。
消息面上，9月17日，中国移动香港有限公司正式完成对香港宽频有限公司的要约收购，合计取得香港宽频78.08%的股权，涉及交易规模约59亿港元，最终完成对香港宽频的控股。交易成为后，香港宽频将成为中国移动的间接附属公司，但其现有业务架构、员工团队及固定资产将维持不变。
