据彭博新闻报道，总部位于北京的中国投资银行华兴资本控股有限公司(China Renaissance Holdings Ltd.)正在洽谈为一家公共实体筹集约6亿美元，投资于与币安(Binance Holdings Ltd.)密切关联的加密货币。华兴资本前董事长包凡于8月获释。
据知情人士透露，币安联合创始人赵长鹏的家族办公室YZi Labs计划与华兴资本共同投资这笔交易。赵长鹏本人去年在美国获释。知情人士补充说，两家机构将共同投资 2 亿美元。在香港上市的华兴资本在 8 月份的文件中表示，将向币安的关联代币BNB投资约 1 亿美元。
