10月14日，美年健康（002044）发布公告，因工作需要，徐涛申请辞去公司非职工代表董事及董事会下属战略委员会、提名委员会委员职务。辞职后，徐涛将继续在公司担任总裁职务，并将在公司职工代表大会选举其为职工代表董事后履行相关职责。
徐涛，1974年12月出生，现任公司职工代表董事、总裁，历任公司非职工代表董事、联席总裁、联华超市（00980）执行董事，总经理，万宁中国区执行董事；能多洁亚洲区卓越执行财务总监，大中华区总经理；联合利华财务总监，大中华区审计负责人。
2025年中期，美年健康实现收入41.09亿元，归母净利润-2.21亿元。
