智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)发布公告，因车建兴先生于其总经理辞任正式生效后已没有再于公司担任任何日常管理职务，车先生由执行董事调任为非执行董事，自2025年10月13日起生效，其任期与第五届董事会任期一致，任期届满后，可以连选连任，公司将会与车先生就其非执行董事职务订立新服务合约。同时，车先生将继续担任公司提名委员会、战略与投资委员会委员职务。
经公司总经理提名及公司提名委员会推荐，于2025年10月13日召开的董事会会议通过一项决议案，委任朱家桂先生为公司副总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。
