ChainCatcher 消息，据 PR Newswire 报道，Zeta Network Group（纳斯达克代码：ZNB）今日宣布签署证券购买协议，通过私募配售募集总额 230,837,060.2 美元。
本次发行包含（1）A 类普通股；（2）认股权证（每份权证可认购一股 A 类普通股，行权价为每股 2.55 美元），最终 A 类普通股与认股权证组合发行价为每单位 1.7 美元。
本次募资总额 230,837,060.2 美元将接受比特币或 SolvBTC 支付。SolvBTC 是由 Solv Protocol 发行的 1:1 锚定比特币的封装代币，该协议作为链上比特币储备，为比特币持仓的生产性应用提供机构级机制。本次私募预计于 2025 年 10 月 16 日完成，具体取决于惯例交割条件。
