消息面上，据环球网报道，美国总统特朗普当地时间15日表示，印度总理莫迪在当日一次谈话中向他保证，印度将停止购买俄罗斯石油。目前暂未看到印度官方公开对此作出回应。美银证券此前指出，中远海能上半年营运表现大致符合预期，当中纯利胜预期，主要来自一次性收益。该行上调2025至27年盈利预测，以反映OPEC+增产及美国制裁收紧为原油油轮市场带来的顺风。该行维持“买入”评级，认为集团将成为油轮市场复苏的主要受益者。
此外，中国交通运输部此前公布将对美国船舶收取港口服务费，以回应美国对中国船舶征收港口费，自10月14日起实施。高盛预期，航运行业细分领域的有效运力或出现短暂干扰，将为运费增添上行风险，尤其是超大型油轮的运费。华泰证券指出，9月原油轮市场需求表现强劲。该行认为，OPEC+增产，催生补库及跨区域套利需求；叠加季节性的需求上升，VLCC运价有望在4Q25/1Q26走强。
