欧盟寻求与美国共同应对中国的稀土管制措施路透丹麦霍森斯10月14日 - 欧盟的贸易部长和官员周二表示，欧盟正在寻求与美国和其他七国集团（G7）成员国协调，以应对中国对稀土矿物出口的更严格管制。
欧盟贸易执委谢夫乔维奇(Maros Sefcovic)称这些管制措施没有依据，并表示在丹麦讨论贸易问题的欧盟部长们表示对此"高度关切"。
他说，G7财长可能在周三讨论各种选择，并补充说他已与美国商务部长卢特尼克(Howard Lutnick)讨论过这个问题。
谢夫乔维奇说，他还可能在下周初与中国对口官员通话。
丹麦外交大臣拉斯穆森说，欧盟需要一个团结和"强硬"的回应，并展示其作为"世界最大贸易集团"的力量。
"但我们也要现实。实际上我们在这个领域和美国有着共同的利益。如果我们团结一致，就能更好地向中国施压，促使其采取合理行动，"他说。
拉斯穆森并不赞成征收关税，而是主张与中国政府进行开诚布公的讨论。
谢夫乔维奇还表示，与G7成员国的协调可能包括寻求供应多元化，例如推进开采或加工关键矿物的联合项目。
他说："当然，这些项目需要时间，但从中国发出的这一信号来看，显然我们必须集中精力尽可能加快这些进程。"(完)
