Micropolis Holding shares were 30% higher, at $2.29, after the company said the Dubai Police Department is deploying the company's Autonomous Police Patrol at Dubai Global Village.
The company said this deployment is part of Dubai Police's ongoing strategy to integrate advanced technologies and artificial intelligence into public safety operations.
Micropolis said its Autonomous Police Patrol is designed to enhance surveillance, monitoring, and rapid response capabilities in high-footfall public areas.
Features for the AI patrol include detection and recognition models for identifying people, vehicles, and suspicious activities in real time, and a behavior analysis and suspect matrix that analyzes movement patterns and detects anomalies.
The deployment at Dubai Global Village; a theme park that showcases 90 cultures along with shopping, dining and attractions; will be officially inaugurated Wednesday.
