汇丰银行经济学家在一份报告中表示，受贸易不确定性拖累，2026 年马来西亚经济预计增长 4.0%，处于该国政府 4.0% - 4.5% 预测区间的下限。

　　他们预测，马来西亚今年的经济增长率为 4.2%。得益于 RON95 汽油价格下调，明年该国通胀率将保持温和，约为 1.5%。

　　汇丰银行预计，马来西亚国家银行在 2025 年至 2026 年期间将把政策利率稳定在 2.75%，并认为今年 7 月的降息是一次性举措。

　　该行补充称，马来西亚国家银行不太可能在 2025 年 11 月 6 日举行的本年度最后一次会议上调整利率，但市场将密切关注其对 2026 年经济增长的表态。
