ChainCatcher 消息，金融稳定委员会 (FSB) 最新报告警告，全球加密货币监管的碎片化正引发严重金融稳定风险。
审查近 40 个司法管辖区后，FSB 发现加密企业通过“监管套利”在宽松地区设立业务后向全球扩张，规避严格监管。欧洲银行管理局也证实加密公司存在“论坛购物”行为，试图绕过 MiCA 等新法规。FSB 秘书长 John Schindler 表示，不同规则可能放大市场冲击。报告指出稳定币发行者持有的储备已与大型货币市场基金相当，若发生快速清算可能导致市场动荡。随着大型金融机构增加对加密资产的敞口，跨境监管合作仍“碎片化、不一致且不足”，FSB 已提出八项建议敦促各国加强监管合作。
