红星资本局10月16日消息今日，天眼查APP显示，海南万骏管理服务有限公司起诉大连万达集团股份有限公司、万达地产集团有限公司、王某合同纠纷案，将于11月3日在上海市第二中级人民法院开庭审理，承办部门为商事审判庭。

　　资料显示，海南万骏管理服务有限公司，成立于2020年，属于深圳市地铁集团成员。海南万骏管理服务有限公司股东为深圳市盈达投资基金管理有限公司、珠海横琴万骏投资集团有限公司，两者分别持股70%、30%，两者均属万科（000002.SZ；02202.HK）旗下。
