美国芯片厂商英伟达(Nvidia)行政总裁黄仁勋近日在Citadel Securities举办的一场访谈活动上表示，由于美国出口管制，英伟达在中国的市场份额从95%降到0%，目前英伟达100%离开了中国市场：“美国实施的政策，导致美国失去了世界上最大的市场之一”。 他指出，由于世界上有约一半的人工智能(AI)专家来自中国，所以“每个人的进展都被迫减缓了”。虽然美国当然会希望赢得AI竞赛，但“伤害中国的事情往往也可能伤害美国，甚至会更严重，所以在急于推出对他人有害的政策之前，或许应该后退一步，反思一下哪些政策对美国有益”。 黄仁勋提到，AI正在催生代理式AI(agentic AI)和物理AI(physical AI)，这两个市场将在全球经济中达到万亿美元的规模。
