NZME (ASX:NZM, NZE:NZM) appointed Jo Hempstead as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 27, 2026, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
Hempstead will join the company from Warehouse Group (NZE:WHS), where she currently holds the position of general manager of finance, the filing added.
The company's New Zealand shares were up almost 2% in recent Monday trade.
