　　重塑能源（02570）公布，董事会已于2025年10月17日（星期五）举行的董事会会议上议决建议采纳2025年 H股激励计划。2025年H股激励计划上限须为受托人将根据上市规则以及其他适用法律法规不时按现行市价收购的H股的最高数目，在任何情况下均为300万股H股。

　　董事会已于2025年10月17日（星期五）举行的董事会会议上议决建议修订首次公开发售前购股权计划。该等修订涉及将首个行权期由等待期届满后计满12个月的最后一个交易日延长至等待期届满后计满24个月的最后一个交易日。根据首次公开发售前购股权计划，上述修订须经股东于临时股东会上审议及批准后方可作实。
