近日，河北省某地2025年“五好两宜”和美乡村试点试验项目信息化平台建设项目启动，电信、移动、紫光软件都来了，最终谁中标？

该项目主要涵盖基础设施管护、隆尧“和美乡村”治理平台建设、法制乡村职能服务圈建设、特色乡村产业链高质量发展检测等。服务周期要求自合同签订起270日历天内完成设备安装及开发成果，设备维保一年，运维3年。

招标公告发布一个月后，10月9日，项目中标候选人公示。

第一名是中电信数字城市科技有限公司，投标价格为2285万元；

第二名是中移系统集成有限公司，投标价格为2330.1168万元；

第三名是紫光软件系统有限公司，投标价格为2329.1306万元。

三家报价较为接近，尤其是中移系统集成公司和紫光软件系统公司，投标价格差距不到1万元。

那么，最终是一家中标还是划分份额呢？

10月13日，中标结果公布，中电信数字城市科技有限公司成功中标。

天眼查信息显示，中电信数字城市科技有限公司是中国电信的全资控股子公司，2021年成立，其定位于数字城市领域的科技型、平台型公司，是中国电信助力雄安智能城市建设的重要实践。目前，中电信数城科技公司总经理由卢云鹏担任。
