　　华南城（01668）发布公告，根据公司于2009年9月4日经特别决议案采纳的新订组织章程细则第124条，自宣派日期起计六年期间后仍未获认领的任何股息可应予没收及复归予公司。因此，公司谨此知会公司股东，未领取的股息将于2025年11月18日被没收并复归予公司。
