汇盈控股（00821）发布公告，供股章程所载供股的所有条件已告达成，而供股已于2025年10月13日（星期一）成为无条件。于2025年10月10日（星期五）下午四时正（即最后接纳时间），已接获合共15份暂定配额通知书项下暂定配额的有效接纳，涉及合共4379.16万股供股股份，相当于根据供股可供认购供股股份总数4.95亿股的约8.85%；及已接获合共14份额外申请表格项下额外供股股份的有效申请，涉及合共499.33万股供股股份，相当于根据供股可供认购供股股份的约1.01%。
合共接获的有效接纳及申请数目为29份，涉及合共4878.49万股供股股份，相当于根据供股可供认购供股股份总数的约9.86%。按单独基准计算，供股的所得款项总额约为2195.32万港元。
根据上述结果，供股尚有4.46亿股供股股份未获认购，相当于根据供股可供认购供股股份总数的约90.14%。
