Grand Ming Group's (HKG:1271) CFO, Kwan Wing Wo, resigned effective Oct. 18 due to personal health issues, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The construction firm said Tang Sai Cheong joined the firm as its new CFO on Oct. 2.
Tang previously worked in an international accounting firm and a Korean accounting firm as senior audit manager.
