Oct 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:

** Medical device maker Boston Scientific <BSX.N> said it will buy privately-held Nalu Medical for a cash payment of about $533 million, expanding its portfolio to address chronic pain.

** Vienna Insurance Group <VIGR.VI> will acquire all shares of German insurer Nuernberger Beteiligungs AG <NLVGn.DE> for 1.38 billion euros ($1.61 billion) in cash, it said late on Thursday.

** ANE (Cayman) <9956.HK> said it received a conditional take-private offer from a consortium comprising its largest shareholder Centurium Capital and Singapore's Temasek, which could lead to its delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

** Spain's Cellnex <CLNX.MC> said that it has signed a put option agreement to sell all its 99.99% share capital in Towerlink France to Vauban Infra Fibre for 391 million euros ($458 million).

** Smiths Group <SMIN.L> said on Thursday it will sell its interconnect unit to U.S. electronic components maker Molex Electronic in a deal valued at 1.3 billion pounds ($1.75 billion), after facing investor pressure to break up the conglomerate.
