北京理想汽车有限公司（以下简称“理想汽车”）正式迈出动力电池自研自产的关键一步。
10月15日，《中国经营报》记者从天眼查获悉，山东理想汽车电池有限公司于近日注册成立，注册资本3亿元，经营范围包括电池制造、电池销售、新兴能源技术研发、电动汽车充电基础设施运营等。
股东信息显示，该公司由理想汽车、欣旺达动力科技股份有限公司（以下简称“欣旺达动力”）共同持股，双方各持股50%。
理想汽车与欣旺达动力的合作最早追溯至2017年，双方关系历经多年沉淀与深化。从最初的电池采购到如今的合资建厂，两家企业的合作层级不断提升。
有业内人士指出，“整车厂+电池厂”的深度绑定模式早已成为新能源汽车行业的风向标。这种合作模式能够增强供应链抗风险能力，使车企优先获得电池产能分配，保障生产与交付的稳定性。
