Odaily星球日报讯 据财新报道，美国纳斯达克上市公司 QMMM Holdings（NASDAQ:QMMM）于 2025 年 9 月 9 日宣布拟斥 1 亿美元建立加密货币储备，股价在三周内上涨 9.6 倍。美国证券交易委员会（SEC）9 月底认为该公司涉嫌利用社交平台操纵股价，勒令其自 9 月 29 日起停牌。该公司停牌至今。
财新 10 月 16 日到访其香港总部发现，办公室已人去楼空，询问附近另一公司职员，对方称该公司 9 月已搬走，对迁至何处不知情。据报道称，QMMM 于 2024 年 7 月在纳斯达克上市，注册地在开曼群岛，属于控股公司。QMMM 旗下实际营运业务的公司共有两家，分别是 Manymany Creations 和 Quantum Matrix，主营媒体及动画制作，注册地均在香港天后地铁站附近的海景大厦，注册的业务类型均为 “广告及市场研究 ”。
