智通财经APP讯， 景嘉微(300474.SZ)发布公告，近日，公司与苍穹数码技术股份有限公司(以下简称“苍穹数码”)签署了《战略合作协议》，双方将整合各自优势，通过品牌、产品、技术等全方位合作，共同打造双赢、可持续发展的战略合作伙伴关系，为用户提供安全可靠的产品、解决方案及双方进行科研与生态共建等合作。公司深耕GPU研发领域，公司产品与苍穹数码研发的苍穹地理信息平台(KQGIS)、苍穹遥感智能服务平台(KQRS)等产品，通过“生态融合、产 品融合、行业融合”三融合模式，服务于政府、企业、高校等客户，致力于推动信息化建设与数字治理能力升级。
此次合作内容包括：双方将围绕甲方的地理信息系统(GIS)平台、遥感软件、智慧城市应用软件等与乙方的国产高性能GPU产品等进行深度适配与优化。共同打造软硬件一体化的全国产化解决方案，满足高安全、高性能的应用场景需求。针对智慧城市、自然资源、应急救援、工业软件、低空经济、时空智能服务等关键行业，双方基于JM11芯片联合打造“国产GPU+国产GIS平台”的行业一体化解决方案，共同开拓市场。
