智通财经APP获悉，汽车股尾盘跌幅扩大，截至发稿，小鹏汽车-W(09868)跌4.83%，报78.8港元；长城汽车(02333)跌4.02%，报14.81港元；广汽集团(02238)跌3.5%，报3.31港元；华晨中国(01114)跌2.8%，报3.82港元。
消息面上，国家市场监管总局相关负责人10月17日在2025世界智能汽车大会上表示，创新召回监管体系，建立并推动实施新能源汽车火灾事故企业报告制度，汽车远程升级报告制度，试点开展汽车安全沙盒监管制度。近期正在会同工业和信息化部共同研究起草关于加强智能网联、新能源汽车产品召回生产一致性监督管理，规范宣传的通知，将进一步规范虚假、夸大宣传和非理性竞争等问题的监管。
此外，据财联社报道，针对“新加坡政府投资公司（GIC）起诉蔚来”，蔚来相关人士回应称，本案件不是新发生的事件，并非针对蔚来近期经营状况，源于2022年6月做空机构灰熊（Grizzly Research LLC）在一份做空报告中对蔚来的不实指控。该报告并无依据，包含许多错误、无根据的推测以及误导性结论。
