　　中华燃气（08246）发布公告，认购协议所载条件已获达成并根据认购协议的条款及条件于2025年10月17日完成。合共3.34亿股认购股份，占经配发及发行认购股份而扩大的公司已发行股本约7.26%，已按每股认购股份0.075港元的认购价成功配发及发行予认购人。认购事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额分别为2505万港元及约为2475万港元。
