智通财经APP讯，纳泉能源科技(01597)发布公告，考虑到公司与公司核数师毕马威会计师事务所未能就毕马威会计师事务所截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的建议审计费用达成共识，而其他合适专业会计师事务所提供的方案更具竞争力，另为了维持良好企业管治及加强核数师独立性，公司建议更换核数师。因此，毕马威会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，自2025年10月15日起生效。
根据审核委员会的推荐意见，董事会议决委任天职香港会计师事务所有限公司(天职)为公司核数师以填补毕马威会计师事务所辞任后出现的临时空缺，自2025年10月20日起生效，任期直至公司将于2026年举行的下一届股东周年大会结束时为止。
