AF Global (SGX:L38) completed the disposal of its entire 55% stake in Knight Frank to Knight Frank Asia Pacific for SG$36.9 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Knight Frank is a real estate consultancy firm and provides services to residential, commercial and industrial markets.
The disposal is part of the company's strategy to remain focused in the hospitality sector.
