智通财经APP讯，中环新能源(01735)发布公告，于2025年10月16日，吉林省华锦能源有限公司与公司全资附属公司中环新能源创新研究院有限公司订立战略合作协议，据此，该协议各订约方拟建立战略合作伙伴关系，据此中环新能源创新应发挥其于化工甲醇、项目投资、绿电光伏组件供应及储能系统供应方面的优势，支持吉林华锦建设绿色甲醇及相关新能源项目。
董事会相信，该协议中拟定及概述的合作框架将使集团发挥其在开发及运营新能源项目方面的经验及能力。董事会亦相信是次合作可扩大集团的商机、扩阔其收入来源及提升其财务表现。因此，董事会认为与吉林华锦的合作将有利于集团的未来发展，并将符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
