路透引述知情人士称，美国最大记忆芯片生产商美光科技(Micron Technology)计划停止向中国数据中心供应服务器芯片，会继续向两家在中国境外拥有大量数据中心业务的中国客户销售芯片，其中一家是联想集团。美光是首家遭遇中国政府禁令的美国芯片制造商。中国2023年禁止美光产品用于中国关键基础设施，该业务未能从禁令影响中恢复过来。被问及退出中国数据中心业务，美光在声明中说，该业务受到禁令的影响，公司遵守业务所在地的相关法规。 消息称，美光上一营业年度从中国大陆获得34亿美元收入，占总营收的12%。它还将继续向中国的汽车和手机行业客户供应芯片。
