JPMorgan is in talks to lease all three towers at Artist Square Towers in Hong Kong's West Kowloon, in what could become one of the city's largest office leasing deals, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing local newspaper Sing Tao Daily.
The US bank is reportedly considering relocating from its offices in Central and Kwun Tong to the 672,000-square-foot development, which sits in the West Kowloon Cultural District near the high-speed rail link to mainland China.
The project, being developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (HKG:0016), is slated for completion in 2026, the report added.
