美国总统特朗普周四宣布两项新举措，旨在扩大试管婴儿（IVF）服务的可及性。这是其政府首次针对这一费用高昂且政治敏感性强的医疗流程采取具体行动。

　　特朗普与德国默克集团（Merck KGaA）子公司EMD Serono达成协议：该公司将降低部分生育药物的价格，作为交换，美国政府将免除计划对进口药品征收的关税——这些关税目前尚未实施。

　　特朗普政府还将发布指导意见，鼓励雇主直接为员工提供生育福利，其运作模式类似视力或牙科保险。该意见允许雇主以固定成本为员工和自身提供附加保险。但目前尚不清楚这一举措能在多大程度上扩大保障范围，因为它并未强制要求雇主参与。

　　在周四的新闻发布会上，特朗普表示这些举措将让“更多可爱的美国儿童降生”。

　　“我们将大幅降低数百万美国民众的试管婴儿治疗费用，以及许多最常用生育药物的价格，”特朗普说，“价格会大幅下降，降很多很多。”

　　全球最大的生育药物制造商EMD Serono表示，将直接向患者销售其试管婴儿治疗药物，民众可在特朗普的直接面向消费者的采购网站TrumpRx.gov上购买这些药物。该网站将于2026年1月上线。

　　此次计划出台之际，特朗普正致力于控制美国处方药成本。近几周，他已与辉瑞（Pfizer）和阿斯利康（AstraZeneca）达成协议，旨在让美国民众更容易获取某些药物。
