智通财经APP讯，茂业国际(00848)发布公告，于2025年10月17日，本公司的间接全资附属公司太原茂业已就其持有的8550万股盛京银行(02066)内资股接纳内资股要约，代价为每股目标股份人民币1.45元。太原茂业将收取的总代价约为人民币1.24亿元。
出售事项为内资股要约的一部分，乃向全体独立内资股股东(包括太原茂业)作出的股份要约的一部分。按照综合文件所载独立财务顾问函件，要约价及股份要约就独立内资股股东而言均属公平合理，因此，本公司认为股份要约乃本集团将投资变现并取得所得款项为其业务提供资金的良机，尤以内资股属非上市股份，且内资股股东并无其他公开市场可供买卖内资股。
