金吾财讯 | 友邦保险(01299)早盘走高，截至发稿，涨4.56%，报72.2港元，成交额8.64亿港元；保诚(02378)同步拉升，现价报103.2港元，涨2.08%，成交额73.8万港元。上周五晚，香港保监局引入一套“具本地系统重要性保险公司”简称D-SII的分类框架。从宏观审慎角度而言，D-SII机构一旦陷入困境将严重扰乱香港的金融体系，故必需遵守经强化的监管要求。因此，保监局会向财政司司长建议将所有D-SII纳入《金融机构(处置机制)条例》（第628章）的涵盖范围，从而提供一套更广泛的工具进行处置可行性评估及处置规划。友邦保险控股有限公司和英国保诚集团亚洲有限公司已被归类为D-SII，它们也是符合保监局集团监管框架下严格标准的国际活跃保险集团。按照国际惯例，这归类于每年作出一次评估。
