HD Renewable Energy OKs Up to $7 Million Capital Injection into Canadian Firm

HD Renewable Energy's (TPE:6873) board approved a capital injection of up to $7 million by its unit Startrade into Canada-based MWEX Solutions.
The transaction involves a cash capital increase to support MWEX's operational funding needs, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Following the investment, the company's cumulative investment cap will reach up to $10 million, representing a 70% stake.
The investment aims to support the development of a power trading platform, the solar farms developer said.
