智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)发布公告，本公司于2025年10月20日接获通知，根据李扬扬先生及其控制的法团Choi Shun Investment Limited(统称“李先生及Choi Shun”)于2025年10月17日所作相关权益披露通知显示，李先生及Choi Shun已出售合共1.79亿股本公司股份(股份)，相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数约16.59%，而李先生及Choi Shun亦不再有权行使合共1.12亿股股份(相当于已发行股份总数约10.38%)的投票权并终止收购2862.04万股股份(相当于已发行股份总数约2.66%)。
同日，根据Spark Holdings Limited(Spark)所作相关权益披露通知显示，Spark已收购合共3.23亿股股份，相当于已发行股份总数约29.95%。
紧随上述股份变动后，李先生及Choi Shun概无持有任何股份且不再为本公司主要股东，而Spark则成为本公司主要股东。
