智通财经APP讯，中华燃气(08246)公布，于2025年10月20日，该公司(作为发行人)与董事会主席兼执行董事胡翼时先生(作为认购人)订立贷款资本化协议，该公司将按每股资本化股份0.098港元的价格向认购人发行1.4亿股资本化股份，胡翼时先生应付的所有资本化股份的总认购价将须于贷款资本化完成后，透过资本化及抵销部分贷款的方式结付。
贷款指自2024年2月8日起，胡翼时先生向该集团提供贷款的未偿还本金额，以为其一般营运资金提供资金。于本公布日期，贷款为36,861,640港元。贷款为无抵押及免息。胡翼时先生已同意在集团有足够的现金资源清偿之前不会要求偿还。
