智通财经APP讯，高鑫零售(06808)发布公告，预期于截至2025年9月30日止六个月，按照香港财务报告准则计算集团取得净亏损及公司拥有人应占亏损同为约人民币1.1亿元至人民币1.4亿元(未经审计)，而去年同期净利润及归属于公司拥有人应占溢利分别为人民币1.86亿元及人民币2.06亿元。

预期净亏损及公司拥有人应占亏损主要归因于：(i)营收承压：受市场竞争加剧与消费疲软影响，单笔件数及商品平均售价下降，致客单价下滑;叠加中秋国庆“双节合一”的日历效应，营收同比双位数下滑;(ii)利润受多重因素影响：降本增效举措大幅抵消了营收下滑对利润的影响，一次性影响包括商店街主动调整过程中收入下降、约人民币1.5亿元(未经审计)归因于华中大区组织优化以及利息收入同比减少所致，导致利润下滑。尽管净利润承压，公司的净现金仍优于去年同期。

线上B2C业务仍实现低单位数正增长，充分体现公司线上运营优势和良好韧性。调改店表现符合预期，进程中且仍有增长空间。目前，公司正稳步推进3年战略落地，通过聚焦商品力提升、优化供应链效率、调改现有门店、打造社区生活中心、拓展新门店及试点前置仓模式等举措积极改善经营。后续公司将持续深化战略执行，全力推动经营业绩逐步回升。
