智通财经APP获悉，华住集团-S(01179)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.77%，报29.88港元，成交额1526.2万港元。
消息面上，10月9日，华住集团发布数据显示，2025年国庆中秋假期，华住旗下酒店共接待客人超1055万人次，同比去年假期增加了36%。接待外宾超5.7万人次，同比去年假期增加了75%。假期期间，华住集团旗下品牌酒店的整体入住率超80%，其中10月3日达到入住高峰，酒店整体入住率超98%，超8100家门店满房。
大摩发布研报称，在黄金周假期后首周，酒店业务需求出现了初步复苏迹象，表明2025年10月全月每间可售房收入可能转为正增长，将会是连续第二个月增长。考虑到华住集团收入对行业每间可售房收入增长敏感，认为公司将最受惠。
