消息面上，上交所官网近日公告，上市委定于10月24日审议沐曦股份科创板IPO申请。据招股书显示，沐曦股份本次拟募资39.04亿元，用于投资“新型高性能通用GPU研发及产业化项目”、“新一代人工智能推理GPU研发及产业化项目”和“面向前沿领域及新兴应用场景的高性能GPU技术研发项目”。
公开资料显示，算丰信息是港股上市公司亿都国际的全资子公司，业务涵盖AI产业链投资、基于国产GPU的AI算力集群运营，以及AI算力服务器、超节点服务器等技术领域的深入开发。算丰投资了沐曦、云合智网等企业，也是浦江实验室商业化的相风科技等。据悉，在今年WAIC展会上，算丰信息联合沐曦、无限光年、复旦大学、上海创智学院、立讯精密、模合信息等多家机构，共同全面正向开发了国产高密度算力系统Shanghai Cube。
