智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，于2025年10月15日，本公司间接全资附属公司海峡石油化工有限公司(海峡香港)(作为原告人)对海峡香港前董事姚国梁及谭笑(统称被告人)向香港特别行政区高等法院提交传讯令状，指称被告人于海峡香港于2024年末与外部订约方进行的有关原油买卖交易(所指称的交易)中违反其对海峡香港所负的受信、普通法及╱或法定责任，要求被告人向海峡香港偿付其于所指称的交易中所蒙受的损失及损害，金额约为人民币3700万元。海峡香港亦要求法院作出声明，宣告与所指称的交易相关的会议及决议案无效(进一步或作为替代，发出命令撤销相关决议案)，进一步或作为替代，索偿待评估的损害赔偿、衡平法补偿及╱或归还款项、利息、费用以及法院认为适宜的进一步及╱或其他济助。
本公司将继续就此事宜寻求法律意见，并将根据上市规则于适当时候另行刊发公告，以使本公司股东及潜在投资者知悉此事宜的重大发展。
