Lobo EV Technologies Signs LOI to Support Cybercity Development in Ghana

Lobo EV Technologies (LOBO) said Monday that it signed a letter of intent to collaborate with Strattners Bank and World Business Group in supporting the development of a first-phase cybercity in Ghana.

Financial details of the planned collaboration were not disclosed. The cybercity's first phase will include an electric vehicle manufacturing facility and headquarters for digital banking, Lobo said.

Strattners Bank is an investor in Lobo and plans to support the company's strategic expansion plan through its participation in the collaboration, according to the statement.
