　　大唐西市（00620）公布，于2025年10月17日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理配售本金总额最高达3.23亿港元的可换股债券，可换股债券年利率3.85%，初步换股价为每股换股股份港币0.95元，较股份于2025年10月17日收市价港币0.900元溢价约5.56%。

　　假设配售代理悉数配售可换股债券，所得净额约3.1亿港元，约80%用于购物中心的项目翻新及该等物业的开发，20%用作集团营运资金以支付日常营运开支。
