智通财经APP讯，阳光油砂(02012)发布公告，本公司于2025年8月20日接获该呈情，故于同日刊发该公告。呈请人为根据放债人条例(第163章)于香港注册的放债人，牌照编号0964/2025。呈请人曾为本公司发行的债券投资者。截至本公告日期，本公司已悉数清偿欠呈请人的款项(法律费用除外)。
本公司亦接获 Lin Zhi Cheng(林)发出，“有关拟在呈请聆讯中出庭的通知书”，林作为附带呈请人，就本公司涉及港元$122.3万财务责任提出呈请。林乃本公司债券的第三方个人投资者。于本公告日期，本公司已悉数清偿欠林的款项(法律费用除外)。
呈请人会尽快办理撤回呈请手续。
董事会认为，由于呈请人投资的债券相关财务资料已于本公司财务报表中记录，且上述债权人的应付款项(不包括法律费用)已悉数结清，故上述债权人不会对本公司的财务表现及财务状况构成重大不利影响。
