Zoomlion Heavy Industry to Unlock 127 Million A Shares as Second Lock-Up Period Expires; Shares Lose 2%

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology (HKG:1157, SHE:000157) said it will unlock 127.2 million A shares, or 30% of its Phase 2 employee stock ownership plan, as the second lock-up period expires, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the firm were down 2% in Friday morning trade.
The company said the performance targets tied to the release were met, with 2024 net profit reaching 3.52 billion yuan, slightly higher than the 3.51 billion yuan average over 2023-2024.
Zoomlion also noted that its 2024 profit level exceeded 75% of that of comparable peers, meeting all required unlock conditions.
