近日，网传一张聊天记录截图显示，理想汽车一销售在和客户沟通时，转发蔚来相关新闻，并直言“蔚来财务造假”、“股东起诉”以及“品牌岌岌可危”，之后建议客户放弃蔚来5000元定金，“远离这个坑”。
10月16日晚，蔚来用户运营负责人杨波在微博上转发该聊天记录并表示，总有一些人会跳出来给自己的品牌减分；他还表示“国产新能源路还很长，别这么急”。
此前，据电车界报道，新加坡政府投资公司（GIC）起诉蔚来，指控蔚来通过与合作伙伴成立的武汉蔚能电池资产有限公司虚增收入和利润，误导投资者，导致GIC遭受投资损失。
对此，蔚来相关人士回应称，该案件源于2022年6月做空机构灰熊对蔚来的不实指控。2022年8月，蔚来董事会独立委员会在第三方国际律所和法证会计师事务所的协助下，完成了独立内部调查，相关指控均无事实依据。蔚来作为在美国、中国香港、新加坡三地上市的企业，始终严格遵守三地上市的合规和企业治理要求。
