消息面上，万达酒店发展公布，完成非常重大出售事项，特别股息每股46.2港仙将于11月19日派发予于11月5日名列股东名册的股东。公告指，所有先决条件均已获达成，已于2025年10月16日完成出售万达酒店管理(香港)有限公司的全部已发行股本。经考虑出售事项完成日期后，特别股息将于2025年11月19日(星期三)派发予于2025年11月5日(星期三)(记录日期)名列公司股东名册的股东。
