智通财经APP获悉，正力新能(03677)现跌超7%，截至发稿，跌7.05%，报11.08港元，成交额2244.16万港元。
消息面上，正力新能发布公告，拟配售4592.1万股，每股配售价10.98港元，较上一日收盘价折价约7.89%，所得款项净额约5亿港元，其中约70%将用于支持集团与常熟的新生产工厂二期工程有关的建设、设备购置及预备费，约10%将用于全固态电池中试线的建设，约10%将用于研发活动，约10%将用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
值得注意的是，福耀玻璃董事长曹德旺辞职，其子曹晖接任。据悉，正力新能由福耀玻璃两位前副总经理曹芳、陈继程设立并控股。曹芳同时是福耀玻璃创始人兼董事长曹德旺胞妹，福耀玻璃作为全球最大的汽车玻璃供应商，拥有庞大的主机厂客户资源。
